At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Nails and Beauty by Jo experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Please come on time and on your own to your appointment.

Please wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser provided.

Payment is required at the end of your appointment by cash, card or transfer.

Please let me know asap if you have any issues with attending your appointment, late cancellation will incur a fee.

Do not attend if you have been asked to isolate or have in contact with anyone with symptoms.
